Ultimate Potterhead Quiz is a fan-made trivia application inspired by the Harry Potter series. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to J.K. Rowling, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Wizarding World Digital, Scholastic Inc., or any other rights holders associated with Harry Potter.
Harry Potter characters, names, places, and all related trademarks and copyrights are the intellectual property of J.K. Rowling and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. We do not claim ownership of those works. The App may be monetized through advertising; monetization does not imply authorization, affiliation, endorsement, or ownership of third-party rights.
The App uses "coins" as an in-game virtual currency. Coins are:
The App does not require or facilitate real-money purchases of any kind. All features and content are unlockable through gameplay.
The App may show optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Rewards are granted only after an ad is completed successfully. Closing an ad early may result in no reward. The App may also promote Flamel Studio books. Advertising is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Book searches and recommendations may open third-party websites outside the App, including search engines, online bookstores, or your device browser. These websites are not controlled by Flamel Studio and may have their own terms, privacy policies, prices, and age restrictions.
You may enter a display name within the App. This name is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
